Phantom 4 without camera

Hello

My phantom 4 had the original camera removed and now it only carries one RedEdge. I performed several jobs configuring as a custom camera and disabling the "Slow aircraft according to light conditions" function. When uploading the mission he detected an error on the camera but I pressed ok and proceeded with upload and executed the mission.

I recently upgraded Map Pilot to version 4.1.7 build 021020203 and now I can't upload and continue with the mission due to camera errors.

How should I proceed to return to a previous version of the application?

Made Easy should leave the option to fly without a camera. Many professionals like me removed the original camera to optimize the work only with another type of embedded camera... and now we can no longer use the app due to this restriction.

Please find an urgent solution to this problem so that i can go back to work happy as i was before. I have to earn money to buy the child's milk.

It sounds like we fixed a bug and you happened to like that bug. Sorry about that!

Map Pilot does not support the Red Edge camera.

You can do this by using Map Pilot Business and selecting 'Custom Camera' in the Settings. Then you would have to put in your camera parameters.

That being said, we don't test for Phantom 4 with no camera since it is tightly integrated. The testing with do for that is mainly with the Matrice and Inspire aircraft that it is pretty normal to not have a camera attached.

My Phantom 4 only carries the RedEdge camera so I don't need integration for that.

I just want Map Pilot to work on the Phantom 4 that had the original camera removed. You can do it the same way it is in the matrice and inhale.

I am very fond of Map Pilot and would like to continue using it with my modified DJI drones to work in agriculture.

The high cost of repairing the original Phantom 4 camera often makes it a scrap. While this many users like me take advantage of this drone that had the original camera damaged by removing it so that it can carry a multispectral camera. With this, the drone that would become a scrap now has a new safe and efficient application.
