Yesterday I was mapping an area of 200 hectares and unexpectedly the progerama was closed, with the drone performing the mission, when I tried to open map pilot again (with the drone in flight), the program did not recognize the home point, and the mission was fulfilled but Without taking pictures.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the app. What version are you using? The latest is 4.1.5. What kind of iOS device are you using?
If the app closes during operation there isn't really a good way to reset in the air so you have to bring it back down. If you were using Connectionless mode the aircraft would have continued along while taking the pictures for you.

I had the same problem.. no take pictures, no one... crash the app every time...
I have a Ipad mini 4, with 13.3 and I use the Inspire 2
