I'm having difficulties getting photos to upload from Safari, Chrome seems more reliable. I saw a post stating Dropbox was quickest. Is the preferred workflow to put the images on Dropbox then upload to MME? Just checking.
Can you take a screenshot of the failures you are seeing? We test with Safari and use it a lot with no issues. You can certainly put things up to Dropbox first but you shouldn't have to...
We added this new DJI specific workflow because it is a 3rd party uploader software that we thought would be more reliable. Filestack hasn't been all that we thought it would.

We are sorry to hear you are having issues using the uploader. If you can't get the DJI Specific workflow to work for you try the Classic workflow. The processing is the same but it is just a different way of getting the files to us.
Another option is to upload your images to your Dropbox or Google Drive account. The images can then be selected from there.

There are multiple options to get the files to us. Sometimes antivirus software and browser extensions can affect things.
Please let us know what you have tried and what exactly isn't working.
