Problem with 3rd party source

I have previous used a tile Layer published on Arcgis Online. I doesn´t work for us now. The Tile layer have the adress:

https://services2.arcgis.com/24kqrzelWTghed8w/arcgis/rest/services/Granser/MapServer

I am using Map Pilot 4.0.4 Build 061820191

The tile layer works on Arcgis.com

We were able to get it to work.

Please make sure you have the right 3rd party source selected and it looks like the tiles on exist when zoomed in pretty far.

We will look into this. We don't have a lot of samples of these URLs to work from. Please make sure that it has all of the same settings as the previous ones that work.

We are actually not able to see any of the features when attempting to view the web versions of this map.

Strange.

Try to open the link below. It is a webmap with the published tile-layer.

http://www.arcgis.com/home/webmap/viewer.html?url=https://services2.arcgis.com/24kqrzelWTghed8w/ArcGIS/rest/services/Granser/MapServer&source=sd

The tile is created on the fly so it could take some seconds. It is only in sweden. You could search for place Tavelsjo in sweden and se some borders.

We can see it now after zooming way in to that location. We will give it a look. It is likely related to the fact that there are only a couple levels of tile layers available.

Please email mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com to open a ticket.
