Can't get ArcGIS basemap to work

I can't seem to get an ArcGIS basemap to work in Map Pilot Business (or Map Pilot Lite). I tried putting in the sample ArcGIS MapServer URL that Tudor provided in the "Update History" thread on April 30, 2018:

https://sampleserver6.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/USA/MapServer

When I try to view the map, I get an error dialog that states:

ArcGIS URL Error:

Error in reading the URL provided in settings. "Tile Info" must be listed to work with Map Pilot.

Anyone been able to get this feature to work? If so, can you show me what a properly formatted ArcGIS URL looks like?

I've got Mapbox basemaps working, but I'd really like a topographic map with elevations in feet, and the default Mapbox basemaps don't have imperial units.

That sample is just a sample. It isn't meant to function. 

If you want us to take a look at your MapServer URL you can email it to us at mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com

If you are getting a 'tile info' error you may need to change the settings on your map server such that it is serving 256x256 pixel tiles. 

A properly configured URL will have something like this:
