Lost Phantom 4 Pro

Lost connection during a mapping mission and have not been able to locate the aircraft. I have been trying to glean information from the flight log but any help would be greatly appreciated.

During the mission, the aircraft lost connection twice. After the first lost connection, it continued on the preplanned mission and reconnected after a short time, maybe 30 seconds. When it lost connection the second time, it never returned. I have included a screenshot of the mission after it lost connection, and would like to upload the flight log csv. What is the deal with the far left side fo the image? the white line and red dot? That is not anywhere near the takeoff home point.

Email flight logs to mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com or upload them to AirData.com to see what happened for yourself. (That is all we are going to do with them anyway.)

The white line and red dot on the left of the images represents that the flight was estimated to have needed a third battery (the lines switch back and forth between white and grey to denote this) and the red dot is the end of the planned survey flight.

What is the best way to upload the flight log?

Hi Zane thanks for the reply, I am having trouble uploading the .csv flight log to airdata.com. I get an error every time I try to upload. I have the csv and have been looking into the data there, battery life, aircraft speed, trying to get an idea of where it may have run out of power. Just hoping to have some help.

It is safe to trim off the repeated data at the end of the log file using a plain text editor or Excel to get the file size down to something that can be uploaded.
