Hello;
After updating Map pilot app to the latest version yesterday, I found that whenever I try to create a new area and wanna save this mission the following message is shown and STUCK there:
“Offline Basemap Downloading 0/ xxx map tiles”
The Zero value will remain indefinitely
or “Offline Bas map Download Error” and is asking me to check my network connection which is very good over WiFi or 4G
I’m using iPad mini 4 ios ver 11.0.3
So what do you suggest me to do ?

We are unable to reproduce this issue and haven't had any other reports of this happening. Maybe try fully closing the app before trying it again or rebooting your device. Those images come from another service (Mapbox) and they may have had some sort of issue in your region.

It's been stuck at 0 for a long time here it eventually goes to finish. Alternatively turn off wifi and you'll get the error message and it saves without the base map.
I have the same problem, I updated the app on my Ipad a few days ago, now I'm preparing my missions for tomorrow but it doesn't save any mission.
My internet connection is quite good (300Mbps) but I will try now with the phone hotspot, to see if it works.

Accessing the link in the settings, for Mapbox appy I get an JSON reply that the token is invalid

I removed the app and reinstalled it again, afte also updating the iPad to iOs 11.
Now it's working but I lost all my 2016 - 2018flights archive and logs :(
It may be an issue with storage space. Currently Map Pilot only allows 200 MB of storage for cached tiles. Try deleting some other saved maps to make room before trying to download stuff again so you don't have to delete all of the maps.
