You do have Pro. You may need to sync the account in the MPP Settings. Hit the Sync button in the Maps Made Easy section. Make sure it says Pro there before proceeding.

Pro account
I have paid for the Pro account yet not getting any features. My maps don't download and I can't assign devices.
