Phantom 3 Pro - ,Map Made Easy

Hi Support,

I am new to Map Pilot and Map Made Easy. I downloaded and paid for the App for IOS , Ipad Air.

I am interested in Agriculture application.

I run the App and uploading the data and have some qustions:

1. I can't move the entire mission plan, if i want a new location, only by moving waypoint-by-waypoint. Is there a way to move the entire mission ?

2. I noticed that some of the images are more 'redish' color than others. You can see it , as I have uploaded them under the name: Ein-Vered ' (in Israel). The sky is clear without any clouds. I haven't set anything in DJI Go, do you have to perform any prior setting in DJI Go settings (ISO/WB etc.) ?

3. As I was testing a few mission plans, each time i saved it , it decreased the number of allowed free trials. How can I perfom it , without loosing the trials.

4. Where on the IPAD are the images stored ? Do i have to manually  download them from the SD card ?

5. At the end of Mission, does the Phantom land automatically - i am not sure as it hovered overhead and i landed it manually.

6. What is the accuracy of the Orthophot generated from the Phantom 3 Pro ?

7. I have a set of filters for the Phantom 3 Pro. Is it recommended to use them, and which ?

Regards,

1. You don't really need to plan Map Pilot flights waypoint by waypoint. The orange markers define the boundary of the area that is to be surveyed. A square area needs 4 points and can be added in seconds. We do not have movable templates since we want users to think about where they are flying.

2. If it going to be totally sunny or cloudy during your data collection feel free to change the camera's white balance setting from Auto to one matching your current weather. Setting it to auto allows it to change when it thinks it needs it and it will change the coloration.

3. We let you use our default Mapbox account for downloading tiles for the first 10. After that, if you use the feature a lot, we ask that you set up your own account. From the Mapbox setup article:

"Since we have to pay for every single map load we show and want to keep the cost of the app below $20, we allow users to save 10 missions using our default Mapbox access credentials. Beyond those initial sample cached basemaps, we ask that if users wish to continue using that feature they will need to sign up for their own Mapbox account to continue caching map tiles. Missions can be saved without the need to download cached basemaps if they will have data service in the field."

4. All images are stored on the SD card in the drone's camera.

5. Yes. As long as the flight mode hasn't been changed (F to P).

6. This depends on a lot of factors but a map taken with good overlap will give <1% accuracy.

7. The only filter that is appropriate to use in mapping is a circular polarizer to cut out reflections and glare.

In the future, please post questions individually so they answers are more searchable and useful to other users.
