Beginner - compensating for steeply sloping land

Hi, I'm new to aerial mapping, and for my first project, I am trying to map a piece of land using my Mavic 2 Pro drone. I used the DJI Go 4 Waypoints feature to create a mission with 40 waypoints; at each waypoint the drone took a photo pointing straight down, then moved to the next location. My question concerns the fact that the land is steeply sloping downhill. I used Google Earth to find the altitude of the highest and lowest latitudes, the delta comes to about 75m. To compensate in the flight plan, I programmed each horizontal pass to be 10m lower than the previous (higher) pass. I am wondering how MME will deal with this data, and if this is the best approach for trying to create a map from steep terrain. Thanks for any advice.

It is very hard to plan single image locations accurately without the use of an automated tool, especially in uneven terrain. You should be collecting your data with consistent overlap and Terrain Awareness.

DJI Go is not the proper tool to use. Using the default settings in Map Pilot Pro with the terrain correction for the flight will give you what you need.
