Don't use DNG unless you really know what you are doing. They are just a ton bigger and you don't get a lot for it since all the pixels get blended anyway. It is really hard to touch the pixels in preprocessing without ruining the tags. We only accept JPG images for these reasons and we highly recommend that they are directly as they come from the camera.

Theo dõiI just want Hi-Res Stitched Images
I want a way to make a 2D map...flat art, from HiRes drone images. Here's what I am looking for. Below is my proposed workflow:
Drone area. Sometimes this takes me six batteries and it gets me 800-1000 DNG images.(this is an extreme case)
I upload these DNG files into LightRoom Classic and perform a little exposure/color/sharpness corrections.
What I would like is for some service...'Maps Made Easy'? To assemble these HiRes into one HiRes Stitched together image. I'd like a RAW file but I'll take an uncompressed TIFF. My end product is a mural someone needs/wants for their office/corporation. If the files produce a 60" x 180" image at 300ppi...I am happy. PS...this is really extreme
I do not need any part of anything 3D...just a 2D image.
I want to pay for this service on a Job-Per-Job basis...no subscriptions. I need a way of predicting the cost even before I upload the first image. It's kind of like working with a lab back in the 80s. Ten rolls of film processed cost me X dollars.
Does 'Maps Made Easy' do this? I have tried so many ways with 'Maps Made Easy' and I get shot down with the data being compromised because of my work flow through LightRoom Classic. My images contain GPS info and sea level elevation. I have used WebODM and this work flow works but not for extremely HiRes.
So...bottom line...can you help? Thank you. If it does, please include workflow.

I must be getting dopey. But I can’t respond to the person who responded to me. I’m pressing and pressing and pressing things and all I get a link. That I don’t know what to do with.
To the person who tried to help with don’t use the DNG files, I don’t use the DNG files. I try to upload a map mission into Maps Made Easy and it doesn’t like my JPEG files. It tells me that important information regarding the GPS information has been stripped out by me converting it from a DNG file to JPEG. But then when I try to get it a DNG file it says I don’t know what that is so I like to know the workflow that works. If I have a mission with 500 beautiful Hi-Rez images in JPEG. How can I get myself a 2-D map of this in the highest possible. Thank you for anyone who configure this out
That is what I was saying about DNG files: they are SUPER hard to turn into usable JPG images. The tags get mangled very easily. You can try using the Classic workflow which doesn't check the tags in the same way.
