not enough point

You purchased 1500 points. Then you used 963 points immediately. Then the next day you used 536 points. The balance that is displayed is accurate. Your account has a total of 14 transactions but your screenshot clipping only has transactions 9 and 10 on there.

Are you not seeing a balance of 1 point in your Dashboard?
