I have a problem in the position of the gimbal with the X3 MATRICE 100 camera. The gimbal is not nadiral. is it possible to solve the problem?
If it is not being set automatically it is save to do it manually. It SHOULD be doing it automatically though... If that isn't occurring there could be something else going on.

even with the new application I have problems with the acquisition of nadiral images with matrix 100. how can I set the camera manually?
You can always set the gimbal angle using the normal controls on the remote (top left wheel). We will look into the cause here if we can. The M100 and X3 are pretty rare for us to test with these days.
