Board issue | Posts not showing

Lately, when I post a comment, it is only visible to me when logged in.  If I log out, the post does not show.  I've tried with Chrome and FF and it does not seem to be browser related. 

I tried posting this exact comment and it responded "waiting for approval".  But when I check back later, the post is gone and not even in "my activity".  Seems like my IP is being rejected, this board has an intermittent problem or something.

Any ideas?
