Updating my app

I already have a paid account and want to update my app. I also need help downloading a base map from drop box to use in an area with no cell service.

Need tech support with these issues. Will be glad to do by phone as well.

To upgrade, open settings and select "upgrade"

 

 

To save (cache) base map image tiles, plan your mission with a data connection beforehand and save the mission for use in the field. If you are not sure of the exact extents you will need in the field, pre-plan a mission that will include your subject and save it to have those cached image tiles available in the field.
