I just processed an NDVI map, and it came out backwards, meaning even though you show at the bottom the range from healthy to unhealthy, the colours are showing it backwards - so the red is the crop and the dirt between the plots is yellow. Can you please reverse the colours or tell me what is wrong / how it can be fixed?
Perhaps you selected the wrong filter value or your images are not actually calibrated NDVI images? If they are not calibrated properly you are not going to get numbers that make sense.
