I recently made a small 32 acre map using 391 images. The map looks good and I can download all Advanced Outputs except the Full Resolution Image (JPG). The JPG is 70.7 MB. Private link is

When I right-click on the link to "Save Link As ..." I get an error message "The download cannot be saved because an unknown error occurred. Please try again." When I double-click to open the link directly I get a "Connection reset" error page.

You should only have to click on the link that says "Download 70.7 MB". That should start the download. We were just able to download it successfully. You may have had an internet connection issue or it is possible the server was not available at the time but that is pretty unlikely.
