it would be nice if we could lower the horizontal speed to the first waypoint or have an option to lower it to 10 m/s. The reason for the request is because the matrice with 2 tb48 batteries and a x3 camera dji says we shoukd not operate it at full throttle 17 m/s horizontal speed due to the extra weight. This will also be good for cold weather operations.
All waypoint flight is currently limited to 15 m/s. We won't be adding another setting for this but we will look into making the initial and final legs honor the max speed setting. The goal was to get to work as quickly as possible to maximize the amount of area that can be covered.

That makes complete sense and I support that but there are days when the weather is not optimal for that or the matrice configuration is not optimal for that as well. Honouring the max speed setting should be a perfect solution to solve the issue.
