How can I define better shape and flight path of my map?

Online it says it allows for altitude to be adjusted to 300m but in the app it only allows to 120m. I'd like to be able to define a rectangle and not have the drone fly the long direction of my map. Am I able to adjust how it flies within my mapping area to reduce distance away from home point?
