All of the images are there as we can see by the red dots in the overlap report. The western section was filled in with our Flat Map system since that section was not able to be photogrammetrically reconstructed.
Bare trees are the hardest thing to cover, especially in full sunlight. The shadows make something that is hard even harder. If you have bare trees you will be better off collecting your data while the conditions are overcast to minimize the complexity. You need to have a lot of overlap. Regular trees take 80% or more. Bare trees can require 85+% to turn out well and even then there are no guarantees. This is especially true with lower quality cameras.
