map pilot pro 5.1.3 stuck on calculating profile... and other errors

after uptating to version 5.1.3 to get some previous bubs fixed, the app has les stability, it is laggi in the process of starting missions, sometimes it shows errors like these:

""Aircraft Issue
Comunicator : missing airlink ... Remote : Missing Remote",

"Flight Start error
Execution of this process has timed out (code:-1003)"

"Adjusted Speed Error
(null) : Execution of this process has timed out (code:-1003)"

"Gimbal Error
There was an error connecting to the SDK.(code:-1010)

now when trying to start mision, acepting to use the STRM terraing data for terrain awareness, when loading the profile it stay stuck on that step, after wating for several minutes, (where in previous version it used to load in 3-5 seconds) many time I had to force close the app, in other try it start to load but very slowly...,
I tryed not using the terraing awarenes to skip the profile loading, but, the icon to start to mision does not show up or stay grayed out.

I tryed with tree drones, two phantom 4 pro v2 and with one phantom 4 adv and still getting issues, wasting a lot of time in the field

in the last days I had to use another apps to be able to perform the missions

If you are getting this error there is an issue with the hardware initialization. That is a lot of communication issues so it not being able to take off would make sense.

Is the red triangle showing the current location? If not it may be using some other location for the calculation that might be super far away and taking a long time to calculate.

Step back for a minute to simplify things to rule things out. Do you have other apps running? Are you on a hotspot? Were these missions planned in the office?

Power cycle everything and make sure no other apps are running.

Were you getting the Error messages on all of the aircraft or having trouble with Terrain Awareness with all of them?

If it was an issue with Terrain Awareness it was likely a data connectivity or iOS device related issue.

Please delete the app and do a fresh install so we can know the state of the things you are reporting. We are trying the narrow down the issue so we can address it properly.

the red triangle is shown after the drone is recoginized by the app in the area of the current mission, above the blue dot of the ipad gps location,

ussually I close other apps in the backgroud, even the dgi go 4.

when in the field, I turn off wifi and bluetooth to save battery, just connect the ipad to phone's hotsspot to load something like when creating a mission plan, save it, then turn off wifi and continue with offline mode, while, ussually mission are planned at office, and transfer kml drawing like a reference for mission creation,

something I noticed, when turning off kml file from file manager, profile was loading faster.

the errors messages of "airlink' was with a especific dron/rc

the slow profile loading happens even with the ipad alone, and also connected with drones

today I was having issues to start a mission, then tried switching and relinking remote the fly was success, I dont know if it was just luck, tomorrow I will do more test, changing usb clable, and such

We have submitted a new version, 5.1.4, that makes it so these errors don't block use. None of this addresses the terrain calculation but it sounds like maybe it was related.
