I have been an enthusiastic user of MME using a Phantom 4. I have recently upgraded to a P4RTK SDK as well as upgrading my subscription level with you.
When I load MME Map Pilot it recognises the P$RTK but says that it is not registered. Does this mean that my subscription and years of faithful MME use are for nothing?

With a Pro level subscription you should be able to use the P4RTK without issue.
Does the iOS device you are trying to connect with show that your Service Level is "Pro" at the top of the Map Pilot Pro Settings?
