Hi,
I set my map to process a 3D KMZ file but don't see an option to download the KMZ under Advanced output.
I'm trying to load my flight maps into either ArcGIS or Google Earth.
The GeoTIFF file I downloaded won't upload into either.
Please can you provide some assistance?

In order to create the KMZ you have to check the box to opt to do so in Step 2 of the uploader. I don't know why the TIF files wouldn't upload. You might want to check the maximum resolutions of what the other softwares allow against the resolution of the TIFs.

On the last two maps I processed I specifically chose the KMZ option as an output but it wasn't available post processing so I've been trying with the Geo TIFF files but would love to use the KMZ file if it worked. Don't understand why it isn't giving me the KMZ option when I have selected it?
That is not supposed to happen… I can see that you opted to create the file and the file actually got created but the link is not there. We will look into the cause of this but if you copy the link for any of the other files and replace the file extension with KMZ you will be able to download the file. I have tested this and it works. But I don't want to post the URL unless you want me to.

Right click on any of those download links and copy the link. Then paste the value up in the URL bar of the browser. Just changed the last three letters to KMZ.
