Using Ipad 4 mini OS 13.2.3

Using cable received with Ipad

The drone takes off on a mapping mission but altitude is not correct. Target altitude 100 m screen shows 56m

Once the mission starts the red arrow (indicating aircraft) does not move in sync with actual aircraft movement hence the photographs are not triggered as per the set overlap.

I used Drone deploy when map pilot failed on the same device and it operated flawless.

Prior to this problem I flew 60 + missions with no problem.

iOS 13 has easily been the worst new OS rollout we have had since offering this app 5 years ago. 

4.1.0 shows both the ATL (above takeoff level) and AGL (above ground level) altitude readouts. Make sure you are looking at the right one. 

The iPad mini 4 is about the lowest device you can use at this point and you might not be able to use it if you are using a lot of the advanced features. 

We haven't heard of any sync issues but that sounds like a telemetry issue being caused by a low RC signal. 

I don't see any recent flights in your account so we can't really tell you much more with seeing those log files. In general though, it looks like you have some RC signal issues in your most recent flights from the end of last month. 

Zane, If you think the Ipad mini is not sufficient which device you do recommend?

The new iPad mini 5 is really powerful and still pretty cheap. It is a big jump up CPU wise from the mini 4. A8 to A12.
