Maps Made Easy Business Version

New here and sorry to start on a negative footing, some time ago I purchased from the Apple Store the business version of Maps Made Easy. This version has now been prevented from working and I have been pushed towards the free version where some of the features are not available because it free and you have to purchase them. surely this is not correct ? How can this be so, stop the paid for version and we now have to re-buy features which we had purchased before ??
