Map Error

How can I find out what the error was in the processing of these images?

The error message said .... This map failed to process due to low image quality, poor overlap or various other image quality issues.

Your most recent data was uploaded as a Flat Map which requires a ground reference image to be included with the dataset. This image tells the system where you took off so it can use the relative altitudes that are recorded in the tags to place the images on the ground more accurately. That image was not included in the dataset which is one problem. It shouldn't have allowed you to upload the images as a Flat Map without that.

It looks like your tags have been modified or something because the regular EXIF tags are not present.

There is definitely something going on with your tags. The Flat Map workflow requires all of the native tags to be present to process accurately.

I had chosen not to upload a couple of 'ground level' images, not knowing they would be required. If I upload those image, can the map be re-processed?

Then there is still the issue of your tags being mangled. Please upload the images exactly as they come off the SD card and be careful not to open them in photo manager software which has been known to modify tags by accident.

It shouldn't have let you upload this dataset as it was but the missing EXIF data might have caused other issues.
