We are sorry to hear you had trouble with our uploader. If you have a pretty slow or latent internet connection there are signals that can be missed or dropped and if that happens the server doesn't know to start processing.
It looks like you did get some jobs to process over the weekend so hopefully your issues are resolved.
FYI: As noted in the mapping support email auto response, we generally only answer support questions Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM Pacific.
