Important map unavailable

Hi,

After a computer crash, i lost the processed Geotiff and Dem from job:

JH CLERMONT 18-06-21

Is it possible that you recover from a backup ?

If the map was processed more than 30 days ago the files have been permanently deleted. If you had it set up to sync with your Dropbox or Box account it might have synced there and still be there, but other than that the files are not recoverable on our side.
