In the Map Pilot Settings you can disable the setting called 'Show Nearby Cached Missions'. This will hide the yellow lines.

Hide existing Mission Plans from same area
Is it possible to hide existing mission plan polygons that appear in yellow? I want to plan additional missions in the same area without those lines interfering with the view of the basemap. Also, the yellow lines visually corrupt the new mission planning efforts.
