Good morning, it would be possible to implement circular or elliptical missions around a point, and automatically take images based on an angle traveled, similar to that of other applications, such as Pix4D capture, but also allowing you to choose the camera tilt and the different heights at which to make circular or elliptical flights, thus programming at once several flights with the same radius but at different heights. Map Pilot does not offer this because we specifically do not want cameras to be flying sideways while collecting data for Maps Made Easy. There are lots of other apps out there that are not mapping specific that will allow for orbit flight.
Tag Pilot allows orbit flight.
I agree, the app should have that opcion, to have all the mission types needed for a project without having to jump from one app to another, since map pilot pro allows to easily load project reference drawing in kml, wich is very usefull to set up missions, especially on areas where the default map does not offer clear reference objects for new projects, one example of an app with many mission types is Site Scan Le, but it lacks loading kml, auto speed adjuntsment to light condicions and manual focus of camera during flight; for those reasong I started using map pilot pro, but it is lacking other mission types

Orbit mode has been added to Map Pilot Pro which is now available in version 3.0.0 and up for Android. The images are collected for a full stop to ensure accurate data collection.
