I am needing to do a larger map of about 60 acres. I would like to do a more detailed 3D model inside that 60 acres (House & about 5 acres). Is that possible? I am thinking it would take a second Mission over the more detailed area and fly twice over it. If this is possible, would there be any special uploading instructions or ANY special instructions?

You could do a normal 2.5D map of the 60 acre area and then do a separate job that has a detailed capture of the structure you want to model. The in 3D software like Blender or MeshLab you could line them up and combine them.
Thank you Zane! In creating the new flight plan, would I need to keep flight height the same? Anything else that I would need to be aware of in making sure it will combine easily?
It would be two different jobs with two different output models so the heights do not have to be the same. Cloud Compare is another good one for combing the point clouds. It just depends what you are actually looking for.
