underwater mapping

What is out there that can use sonar to map the bottom of ponds and lakes?  Preferably from a surface unit that floats or is lightly submerged to map the pond or lake floor.  I am basically looking for something that can do what my DJI phantom can do but under water.  Any suggestions or leads would be much appreciated!
