Map irregularity among solar panels

Hi, I did a project at Southwestern College.  I made 5 smaller maps to check the results first prior to making one large map of the whole campus.  I used the same original images in both maps.  The 5 smaller maps look great overall.  I didn't see any major flaws.  However, when the same files were processed as 1 large map together, It got really wonky among the solar panels in Parking Lot J between the service road and Devore stadium.  What would cause this since I perviously verified that the data was good prior to making the large map?  The overlap is really good in the area in question with the solar panels.

As noted in the Quality Control notes, you had really minimal overlap on some of the submaps and the overlap between the adjacent sections as very thin as well. You need at least 2 passes worth of overlap between adjacent sections but in reality breaking it up over multiple days like that is asking for trouble. You want consistent lighting between your passes. Start one one side and work across. You had different settings between your different segments which is going to lead to a lot of issues. 

Solar panels are always going to be hard to do because of their reflective surfaces. You need lots of overlap and circular polarizing filter to do it right.
