Woud it be possible to get the xyz list in UTM coordinates? Most CAD programs are depending on these values rather then longditude..

You may need to project the XYZ from lat/long/meters to whatever you need in QGIS or some other GIS software before opening it in CAD software since CAD softwares are generally not intended for handling geospatial data very well.
But if you would make an xyz rgb file from an lokal origo 0,0 with meter then IT would be possible to import in 3D cad programs. IT would not be The correct place in The world but that is Ok. ITS The internal distanse between The points that is important
Reproject from EPSG:4326 to your UTM and it will likely be what you are looking for.
Yes it almost does The trick but then you loose The RGB values and my cloud dont look to happy anymore.
IT would be great if you could produce an xyz rgb file just with lokal koordinates in addition to The xys file u have now :)
I realy struggle in Qgis do to this. it always comes up with errors that the file is not grided properly
