I uploaded a batch of pictures from my DJI drone and half the map project does not show up while the other half that did looks great. I had the auto trim box checked so I'm wondering if:
a) It would have trimmed so much of my map/if there is a way to undo it? I tried drawing a larger polygon but no luck.
b) If the fact that the drone reached 1000 images and wrapped so there are images to 999 and then back to 001
c) If something else went wrong?
Either way, I'd appreciate some assistance and am willing to try uploading again but not without understanding what happened first.

Is support/this site dead? I emailed a few days ago then tried posting this question and it seems awfully quiet. Would be a shame, a lot of potential here but maybe there's a better option out there that I need to look for/everyone else is using these days.
Sorry about that. I replied almost immediately after you submitted your ticket via email and thought this was a duplicate.
Trimming was not the cause here. All of the images that were submitted were processed and included in the output. It looks like maybe you had a file naming issue (numbers wrapped around). Hopefully the data is not lost and you can just try to upload it again. Try sorting the files by creation date to make sure they are all in the right set.
