You could define a linear mission and adjust the aircraft's yaw to point inwards. Adjust the gimbal pointing either manually with the remote or in the app. There is no way to include the "victory lap" at the end of a mission. We don't actually recommend doing this because flying sideways with a rolling shutter camera yields poor results.
