Downloads Not working

I have just processed a project and tried to download the output. It is giving me errors with the xml? Can you help?

Some of the files were not created properly due to issues with the processing. The low overlap combined with low lighting and the bare trees was a recipe for failure. Email us at mapping@dronesmadeeasy.com for options.
