Tag Pilot Unavailable in your Region - BC

I just logged into Tag Pilot for the first time in a few months and it connected fine at first, but then gave a message "Tag Pilot not supported in your Region".  The camera view then went away and would not re-connect.

Is this a glitch or what's going on?  I live in British Columbia, Canada
