DEM resolution

Hi!

I`m wondering - in MME in the processed map details I see output size like @2.7 cm/pixel, but when I`m opening DEM layer in QGIS it shows me pixel resolution about 10^-6 m. I`m doing something wrong or is there any possibility to set DEM resolution (or reduce) before downloading a file?
