I set the flight plan, watched the flight path on the remote, it took all the pictures but when you processed the map it only showed less than half. I read that trees can be a problem and that you need to reprocess at a lower resolution. I am new to this and I though maybe My transfer stopped so I resubmitted it with the same results in processing. First can you please refund me the points I spent for the 2nd submission 497 points, and secondly can you please reprocess so that I get all the images processed

It appears that you only used 60/75% overlap (from your Flight Sync logs) when collecting your images. As noted in the Map Pilot overlap panel and the Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload, we recommend using 75/75% overlap to be able to achieve consistent results. Trees required 80% overlap or more.
You want your whole overlap report to be dark blue.
