Map magnification limit in my area

In my area,
There is a map expansion limit.
For example, The 2018 Winter Olympic Stadium will not be 1cm in size.
Please tell me how to fix it.

It looks OK to me... Can you zoom in fully in other places?

What do you mean "1cm in size"? The GSD slider is used to select what size each pixel will be. 1 cm / pixel is pretty high ground resolution.
