I don't think this has anything to do with your device. Try changing your password to something that doesn't include any special characters.

Thank you
I appreciate your suggestion but my password doesnt have special characters.
App recognizes my user and password using a Huawei P30 Pro
Really... You are saying you can log in on one device, but not another? Are they both set to Spanish or is one English?
Are you sure there are no accented characters in your password?
Zane
Yes, both spanish. Samsung tablet has 1.6.7b app version and smartphone 1.6.7a version.
Sure, not special or accented characters.
Also I will try in IOS tablet to check if it has same problem or not.
Thank you
Can we takeover your account to test with it? You will need to reset your password afterwards.
It also looks like your Base level account is out of devices that can be added. That might have something to do with it. You have an account reset available so try that:

Thank you
Whats the max number of android and iOS devices supported by my account? Or there is max number for both systems?
Did you get a message saying you didn't have enough devices when you were not able to log in?
It sounds like one device has authorization and the other does not.
Your Base level account allows you to have 5 devices to use with the app. That includes iOS and Android devices.
Zane
No, I havent received that message. I only have 4 devices (2 iOS and 2 andoid) I think problem was samsung system update or app version (1.6.7b) I've used this tablet with MPP.
Follow the instructions for the device reset and let us know if that fixes it. 5 devices have been used on your account.
Zane
I've uninstalled app (version 1.6.7b) and reinstall 1.6.7a and this fixed the problem.
Maybe this was a problem of Samsung because system warning me that device is not compatible but after reinstall this message disappeared.
Thank you
The an and b versions are technically different apps so the device IDs might be showing as two separate devices. It sounds like you had it working with the a version before but now you don't have any devices left to use the b version.
We did identify a bug in how this is being handled and we hope to release a fix for that soon. It would have given you more information if it was working properly.
