ipad air

the phantom 4 pro drone does not connect to the iPad Air5
even though map pilot pro has been reinstalled
also I uninstalled map pilot pro on iPad mini and reset the devices

Is it connecting using the DJI app? If it doesn't work with the DJI app it isn't going to work with Map Pilot Pro. Also, check the DJI app for any errors or things that need to be done.

Did you fully close all other drone related apps?

Try unplugging and replugging the cable.

The first time you open the app you have to be on the internet.
