Volume Calculations Not Working

 I have several uploads that will not process volumes. Everything looks ok with the processing (elev map, models, etc) but the volume calculating progress indicator just keeps going and never stops. If I come back later, the outline is shown, but only the 2D area measurement. Is this a processing issue or ?? I just checked another upload and it worked fine, so it is just with this specific upload.
