The western edge of your coverage area was filled in using the Flat Map Failover since the images in that area lacked sufficient detail to be reconstructed using photogrammetry. You need to use more overlap when trees are involved, especially with bare trees. 80% is the bare minimum and provides the system 25 looks at everything. Even upping it a little bit to 82-83% overlap will give the system 40 looks or so.
Also, when dealing with bare trees like this it is important that the images are not streaked and the lighting is consistent. Not that this area had bright sunlight images but some of your other maps did. The hard shadows from direct sunlight only add to the complexity of the bare tree limbs.
