I have been Surveying with fixed wing drones for about 6 years and now using a variety of DJI multi-rotors and your package for about 6months.
The question i have is can i upload a second flight plan when the drone is returning to home and then have it head off to the new area without having to land?
One job i do monthly has two areas both about 400m x 400m. One area is about 400 north of the best t/o and the other area is about 500m east of the same t/o.
The fixed wing package we used would allow you to upload a second flight plan on completion of the first area and off it would head directly to the second area.

We require the aircraft to land for home point setting and safety reasons. This isn't usually a problem since the battery times are still pretty limited.
We used to allow it but it caused more problems than it solved.
