Map Pilot does not provide this function but there are plenty of other apps that do. We really like Autopilot by Autoflight Logic.

Fly a path from a KML
Can I upload a Kml track and get the craft to fly that track?

Map Pilot uses the parameters you enter such as flight altitude, overlap settings and camera type to lay out the optimal flight. We do not allow user to define their own flights because honestly it is super complicated and they are bad at it! Let the app do its job. If you have some arbitrary path you want to fly there are plenty of other apps that will allow you to do that.
