It is fine to upload all the images together unless you are sure the new set will be fine on its own. Generally speaking, more images is better.

RE-DOING AN AREA
If a map shows poor, jaggy building edges and I refly the mission with an emphasis on extra building coverage; Is it better to rerun all images combined (old + new) or is it best to remove the old building images and only run the newer ones?
