We are sorry to hear you are not happy with your results. It looks like this dataset has a few things going on with it which could be causing problems.
First off, the Mavic Air is basically our least favorite aircraft to process images from. It is of limited quality so the results will also be limited. We recommend using at least 80% overlap to overcome its shortcomings. We recommend using at least a Phantom 4 Pro or a Mavic 2 Pro for any sort of professional work.
The biggest issue is that this dataset was collected right at solar noon for your latitude. This is warned against in the Data Collection guidelines that are agreed to at the time of upload. This results in a hotspot that travels with the aircraft and essentially changes the features in the images that we are trying to match up.
Combine that with the reflections from the water and the overexposed images of the construction site and there are bound to be issues.
Using the default settings for Map Pilot Pro for your data collection would likely have helped with these issues and would have warned about the time of day of the data collection.
The DJI Specific Workflow will attempt to fill in the missing areas using the Flat Map feature. The Classic Workflow will not. It looks like you used a mix here.
