Map pilot pro vs elite

I am a current Map Pilot Pro user and will not expire until March 2021.  I am considering upgrading to Elite and was wondering how upgrade prior to March without losing credit I have already paid for good till March.

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription to any paid level for a prorated amount at any time. Downgrading to free, on the other hand, does not carry any balance forward to future charges.
